Exhibitors and vendors will be allowed a space of 10 x 10 feet. Vendors can bring their own table(s) and chairs or
they may rent a table and 2 chairs for $10. See pages 2 and 3 of the vendor application for vendor guidelines and
rules. The program book includes Exhibitors, Sponsors and Vendors listings for guest information about participating
businesses and organizations. Additional advertising is also available on page 4. All paid applications are due by
Wednesday, August 10, 11.
Vendor's FYI and requirements:
- FJF will award vendor space based on type of vendor, items and services.
- Maintain a clean, consistent and quality look at the event. Vendors must have a professional presentation; no
handwritten signs allowed. - Food vendors must adhere to all Minneapolis and Minnesota Fire and Health Department guidelines.
- NO alcoholic beverage sales or smoking of tobacco products are allowed at or around vendor spaces, near
the band shell or audience areas. - Food Vendors: Please send your application, fees and approved Minneapolis Food Permit to our address on
the application form. A copy of your food permit and menu items must be posted at your vending space. - Food Vendors must adhere to the health department food preparation, sanitation and storage requirements.
